1. License Agreement

This agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you and Echobooom Management & Entrepreneurial Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Echobooom") regarding the use of GlamFyre software. By downloading any GlamFyre files, add-ons, or resources, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Echobooom reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice.

2. Service Description

GlamFyre is a service provided by Echobooom that offers a comprehensive CRM solution for managing products, services, appointments, customers, inventory, deals, reports, and a dashboard. The service also includes features such as office leave management and employee management.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Echobooom commits to providing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that outlines the expected level of service and uptime for GlamFyre. The SLA will specify the response times for support requests and any guarantees regarding system availability.

4. User Accounts

To access and use GlamFyre, users are required to create individual accounts. The account creation process will include providing necessary information and agreeing to the terms of use. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals have access to their accounts. Echobooom reserves the right to impose limitations on the number of users or user roles as specified in the account plan.

5. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, your access to and use of GlamFyre will cease, and you must cease all use of the software and delete any copies in your possession.

6. Payment Terms and Conditions

The pricing and payment terms for GlamFyre will be outlined in a separate agreement or as specified on the Echobooom website. You are responsible for making timely payments according to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to GlamFyre.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to GlamFyre, including software, trademarks, copyrights, and any other proprietary rights, belong to Echobooom or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights or licenses to the intellectual property.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Echobooom is registered. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
